Melissa will oversee financial integrity and human resource development, ensuring the center operates with excellence, accountability, and care for the people who serve. Her heart is to see resources stewarded wisely so that every dollar and every volunteer hour invested goes toward building brighter futures for families and youth.

VP of Administration
Cherish plays a vital role in ensuring that our vision and mission remain well-coordinated and on track. From managing daily operations to supporting our leadership team, her work behind the scenes keeps everything running smoothly.

PATRICK REESE
Director of Building Management
Patrick plays a critical role in ensuring that our facility is well-maintained and ready to serve the community. From upkeep and safety to making sure everything is in working order, Patrick’s oversight will help us create a welcoming space for every youth and family who walks through our doors. His hands-on leadership ensures that the Center remains a place of excellence, safety, and care.

PAUL SNYDER
VP of Engineering
Paul brings invaluable expertise to the team, focusing on how to design, plan, and implement the physical and technical structures needed to bring the Center to life. His role ensures that our facilities are safe, functional, and built to serve families for years to come.
With his dedication, we are laying the groundwork for a resource center that isn’t just a building but a home for learning, growth, and support.
